I provide confidential counselling and psychotherapy, offering a space to gain clarity when life feels overwhelming. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or repeating patterns of behaviour, I can help you explore and understand your experiences in a supportive environment. Relationships, work, grief—whatever is causing distress, therapy helps you find new perspectives and pathways forward.

People seek counselling for many reasons—some are navigating a current challenge, while others feel burdened by their past or uncertain about their future. With over fifteen years of experience in both long-term and brief therapy, I have worked with clients facing depression, stress, relationship issues, bereavement, low self-esteem, mid-life transitions, procrastination, and more.
