Indu Dua is an experienced Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist deeply committed to helping individuals and couples find meaningful ways to navigate life’s challenges. She has over ten years of experience supportive individuals and families. As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), she provides a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for healing and growth.

Life can be full, demanding, and at times quietly overwhelming. Whatever has brought you here, you are welcome. I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, and I work with individuals and couples who are ready to explore what is getting in the way of feeling like themselves.

Whether you are moving through something painful, feeling stuck in patterns you cannot seem to shift, or simply sensing that something needs to change, therapy can offer more than relief. It can offer clarity, connection, and a renewed sense of what is possible. My approach is relational and strength-based because I believe you already hold more than you realise.

Our work together might touch on trauma and its lasting echoes, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, or work-related stress that slowly seeps into every part of your life. It might be a life transition bringing you here or complicated journey of parenthood or pregnancy, a shift in career or identity, or finding yourself at a crossroads you did not choose and are not sure how to navigate. Whatever it is, we explore it together, gently and at your pace.

I bring something to this work that goes beyond my training. I have lived experience of South Asian culture, its warmth, its complexity, the weight of expectation, and the particular kind of exhaustion that comes from moving between worlds. I know what it means to uproot your life and build it somewhere new. The courage that takes, and the grief that can quietly accompany it, even when the move was chosen. I also understand the deeply personal and often unspoken challenges that can come with becoming a mother — the longing, the uncertainty, the identity shifts, and the emotional complexity that no one quite prepares you for. And I know what it means to exist inside the high-pressure, often relentless world of corporate culture, and how quietly damaging that environment can be to your sense of self, your relationships, and your wellbeing.

I am trauma trained and neurodiversity informed, and for neurodivergent clients I can weave in elements of neurodiversity coaching, helping you understand how your mind works, lean into your strengths, and build strategies that actually fit your life.I offer therapy in both English and Hindi so that you can express yourself in whichever language feels most natural and true to you.

My approach is warm, integrative, and shaped entirely around you — culturally sensitive, paced to your rhythm, and grounded in a genuine belief in your capacity to heal, grow, and move forward.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

Taking the first step into therapy is an act of courage—and a gift to yourself. Whether you’re feeling stuck, in pain, or simply seeking clarity and connection, know that you’re not alone. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can begin this journey toward healing and self-discovery.
