As a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist, I specialise in personal growth – supporting individuals who are wanting to achieve peak performance, establish a meaningful sense of purpose and restore their wellbeing. You may feel that something is holding you back from reaching your full potential, or you might be navigating a significant life transition – such as a career change or a shift in a relationship. Whatever you’re going through – whether it’s self-doubt, anxiety, a lack of direction, or a general sense of dissatisfaction – I can offer support through integrative psychotherapy.
I work with adults (18+), offering both short- and long-term therapy. The pace and length of our work together will be shaped by your needs and openly discussed along the way. I take a collaborative approach to therapy and prioritise ensuring you feel safe and supported throughout. Having trained in hypno-psychotherapy, I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, including person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnotherapy, and solution-focused therapy. Rather than following a plan based on any single issue, I shape the way we work together around you and your goals.
Alongside my private therapy practice, I work with individuals and organisations worldwide, delivering coaching and training in leadership, mindset and mental health. I have extensive training through the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, The Coaching Academy and the Chartered Management Institute, I am accredited with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and with an MSc Psychology, I offer a deep understanding of human behaviour.
