I’m a Psychologist, Psychotherapist and ICF Certified Coach with 8 years of experience. I support adults, adolescents and couples undergoing complex and challenging circumstances, as well as people who are seeking support in being the best possible version of themselves through developing a life with meaning and more aligned with their values.

Having lived in Buenos Aires, Vienna, and now London, I deeply understand the emotional and practical challenges of starting over and building a fulfilled life abroad. My approach is rooted in psychoanalytic principles and complemented with coaching, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioural and third wave therapies.

While many come with relationship or career concerns, we often explore deeper patterns and beliefs that shape their lives. I offer a space for insight, growth, and sustainable change, with structure, presence, and care.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and German – feel free to mix them up. I look forward to walking alongside you.
