You may find yourself at a point where something no longer fits — a relationship, a role, a place, or even a sense of who you are. Perhaps you are navigating a transition, holding competing identities, or trying to make sense of experiences that feel complex, layered, or difficult to name.
I offer a space where the full depth of your experience can be explored with care, clarity, and without judgement.
With Eastern European and West African heritage, and a life lived across multiple countries and cultural contexts, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to questions of identity, belonging, and navigating between worlds. Alongside nearly a decade of clinical training and practice, this informs a way of working that is attuned, thoughtful, and culturally aware.
How I Work
My approach is integrative, drawing from Relational, Person-Centred, Trauma-Informed, and Somatic therapies. I work collaboratively and adapt the process to your needs — whether you are seeking focused, short-term support or longer-term, in-depth work.
I aim to offer a space that is both containing and exploratory — where patterns can be understood, emotions processed, and new ways of relating to yourself and others can emerge.I will listen closely, reflect thoughtfully, and support you in developing greater insight, resilience, and a more grounded sense of self.
I also offer support with psychedelic preparation and integration for those engaging in this work.
Sessions are available in five languages, allowing you to express yourself in the language that feels most natural.
