At times, life can feel overwhelming like a “dark night of the soul,” where emotions become difficult to hold, or the body begins to speak in ways that are hard to understand. You may feel stuck, disconnected, or simply in need of a space where you can speak freely, without fear of judgement. Feeling heard and understood can gently bring light to places that have felt heavy for some time.

“I offer a warm, open, and grounded presence in the room. I see therapy as a shared journey—one where we can begin to make sense of your experiences together, gently unpack what feels overwhelming, and reconnect with a sense of direction and inner steadiness. My intention is to meet you as a human first—curious, engaged, and alongside you as you explore what matters most. There is no rush in this process. You are invited to move at your own pace, in a space that supports reflection, understanding, and meaningful change.”

Therapeutic Approach

Inga works from an integrative psychodynamic approach. Alongside this, her experience as a Nutritional Therapist brings a holistic understanding of the connection between mind, body, and emotional life, supporting you in exploring your story with depth and curiosity. Emotional experiences are often reflected in the body, and therapy offers a space to listen to these signals with greater awareness and compassion.

Her training as a life coach also brings a sense of structure and direction to the work, helping to gently support movement and change where it feels needed.

Together, the process allows space to make sense of your experiences and ease what may feel overwhelming. The intention is to support you in understanding yourself more clearly, and to feel more steady, connected, and at ease in your life.

Some issues that Inga works with are:

• Anxiety, Stress, and Overwhelm
• Low mood and Depression
• Relationship and attachment patterns
• Life transitions and feeling stuck
• Grief and loss
• Identity, Self-worth, and Belonging
• Trauma and its Emotional and Physical Impact
• Mind–body awareness and embodied experience
• Chronic health conditions, including chronic fatigue and ME/CFS
• Women’s issues
• Meaning, purpose, and existential questions

The first full session is a space to talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. I’ll explain how I work and answer any questions. There’s no pressure or commitment, just an opportunity to see if this feels like the right support for you.
