I’m a Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and groups through a wide spectrum of psychological challenges. I hold a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, as well as Master’s degrees in both Psychology and Psychological Therapies and Interventions.
My approach is integrative and pluralistic: I draw from a range of therapeutic models and evidence-based interventions to tailor the work to each person’s unique story. Therapy with me is collaborative and adaptive, grounded in what feels most helpful and meaningful to you.
I specialise in working with psychological and emotional complexity, including:
- Personality difficulties
- Trauma, PTSD, and complex PTSD
- Interpersonal and relational issues across the lifespan—from adolescence through to older adulthood
- Relationship issues (family and couples)
- ADHD and Autism
- Mood disorders and Anxiety disorders
